Abstract submission
The Scientific Organising Committee warmly encourages all participants to prepare and submit presentations about their own research, professional experience, and knowledge related to the congress topic. The listed main topics serve as guidelines only; abstracts covering any relevant subject connected to deuterium depletion are welcome.
Abstracts can be submitted online via the registration platform.
You can download the Abstract requirements and sample. Please ensure that your abstracts comply with the formatting requirements and upload them accordingly.
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Congress Secretariat will inform the authors about the review results and of the final congress programme, specifying the date and time of their presentation.

LANGUAGE
All abstracts must be submitted in English. Presentations during the congress will be held in English.
PUBLICATION
Accepted abstracts will be published in the printed congress programme/abstract book together with the presenters’ short biographies.
Please note that audio and video recordings may be made of the presentations during the congress and will be available on a public website.
PRESENTATIONS ON-SITE
A laptop and projector will be provided to the lectures. All presenters are requested to prepare their slides in MS PowerPoint format in English and hand it to the technician at the latest during the last break before the scheduled time of their presentation. Presentations cannot be modified at this point. The presentations will be copied onto the computer by the technician colleague who will be available to the presenters during their presentation. The language of the presentation is English.
